Hallett Cove South Primary has a rich history of publishing students work on the Internet. The following animated stories were created during the 2004 school year by students in the Year 5/6 class as part of their studies integrating Information Communication Technology into the curriculum. The year long project ( 1 hour per week) started in first term with the students writing a creative story.

2004 is the International year of Rice. As part of our studies of Asia students will be researching the topic of rice.

Well take the Race Around The World Challenge.

This is the second insect animation study on the HCSPS website. The first being in 2003.

These student insect animations were made by the Year 4/5 (8-10 year olds) class of 2004 using Macromedia Flash MX. They are excellent examples that advance software (Flash MX) can be taught to young students.
